The invention provides a battery cell module stacking device. The battery cell module stacking device comprises a mounting plate, a positioning assembly and a battery cell clamp, the mounting plate is provided with a bearing surface, and the mounting plate is provided with a stacking end and a feeding end which are oppositely arranged in the first direction of the bearing surface; the positioning assembly comprises a positioning plate arranged at the stacking end, the side wall face, facing the feeding end, of the positioning plate forms a stacking face, and the stacking face and the bearing face are used for jointly bearing the battery cells; the battery cell clamp is movably arranged on the bearing surface in the first direction, and the battery cell clamp has a movement stroke for reciprocating movement between the feeding end and the stacking end; the cell clamp is used for receiving cells at the feeding end and clamping the cells to move towards the stacking end, so that the cells are stacked on the stac
