The method comprises the following steps: inputting demand side information and supply side information of fund asset transaction; when the matching rule is utilized to judge that one piece of demand side information is matched with one piece of supplier information, pushing the demand side information to a supplier corresponding to the supplier information, and establishing a communication link between the demand side and the supplier; when the demand side and the supply side complete one-time butt joint through the communication link, butt joint data is encrypted and then stored in a cloud database; and recording fund asset transaction data between the demand side and the supplier.
