The invention discloses tobacco nutrient soil which comprises the following raw materials in parts by volume: 100 parts of soil, 10-20 parts of charcoal or carbonized rice husk and 1-2 parts of humic acid. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the tobacco nutrient soil, which specifically comprises the following steps: (1) selecting unpolluted sand-like soil in hills and mountains, digging in sunny days, and drying in the sun to obtain soil; (2) weighing soil, biochar or carbonized chaff and humic acid according to the volume parts of the tobacco nutrient soil; and (3) uniformly mixing the soil, the biochar or the carbonized rice husks and the humic acid to obtain the tobacco nutrient soil.
