Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of biology, and particularly relates to a method for noninvasively infecting trichogramma with Wolbachia by using an artificial host, which comprises the following steps: firstly preparing an artificial host egg card, then inoculating a biological material infected with Wolbachia into the artificial host egg card, and finally inoculating trichogramma parasites not infected with Wolbachia. Compared with microinjection, the method is more convenient and efficient; meanwhile, an open system capable of being operated by an artificial host provides possibility for artificial infection of Wolbachia from other insects except for egg parasitic wasps by trichogramma.
