The method comprises the following steps: acquiring position allocation demand data, wherein the position allocation demand data comprises a resource domain, a resource sub-domain, identification information and type information of a required target server; searching target power consumption data corresponding to the type information of the target server in a corresponding relationship between a pre-configured type and average power consumption data, and determining grouping feature information of the target server; and on the basis of the grouping feature information and the position distribution optimization function, performing optimization processing on multiple pieces of position information contained in the target machine room resource information to obtain optimized position informat
