The method comprises the following steps: acquiring target diagnosis data of a target object; wherein the target diagnosis data comprises a target diagnosis type and diagnosis result time; performing grouping processing on the target diagnosis data according to the target diagnosis type and the diagnosis result time to obtain a diagnosis grouped data set; performing self-attention processing on the diagnosis packet data set according to a preset first attention mechanism to obtain packet features; acquiring sample features of the sample diagnosis data; performing multi-head attention processing on the sample features and the grouping features according to a preset second attention mechanism to obtain target features; and performing health prediction on the target objec
