Organic electroluminescent materials and devices thereof are disclosed. The organic electroluminescent material is a metal complex containing a La ligand with a structure as shown in a formula 1, and the metal complex can obtain very excellent device performance when being applied to organic electroluminescent devices, especially prolonging the service life of the devices and improving the efficiency of the devices. And the material has a great application prospect in the aspects of white light and low-blue light sources.
