The invention discloses an HRRP sample generation method based on an SACGAN model. The method comprises the following steps: generating a small sample training set based on radar echoes; wherein the small sample training set comprises a plurality of categories of HRRP samples, and each HRRP sample has a corresponding category label; constructing an SACGAN model comprising a generator, a discriminator and an auxiliary classifier based on self-attention and spectrum normalization; inputting the HRRP sample and the category label into an SACGAN model, and training the SACGAN model based on a hinge loss function; and generating a sample expansion training set by using the trained SACGAN model.
