Summary: | The invention relates to a process for leaching cadmium in Isa furnace smoke through waste acid, which belongs to the field of non-ferrous metal metallurgy and comprises the following steps: (1) leaching: carrying out size mixing on the Isa furnace smoke by using production water, feeding smoke size into a leaching tank, then adding the waste acid into the leaching tank, stirring under a certain temperature condition, and filtering to obtain the cadmium in the Isa furnace smoke; the waste acid is acidic wastewater generated in the process of preparing acid from lead and zinc smelting flue gas and comprises the following components: 40 to 60 mg/L of sulfuric acid, 50 to 480 mg/L of zinc, 20 to 117 mg/L of mercury, 2 to 10 mg/L of copper, 80 to 716 mg/L of arsenic, 8.1 to 300 mg/L of cadmium, 50 to 150 mg/L of lead and 320 mg/L of fluorine; and (2) filtering: filtering reacted substances in the leaching tank in the step (1) to obtain filter residues and filtrate. Pollutants such as cadmium, thallium, arsenic an |
