Summary:A phosphor powder which contains phosphor particles that are represented by general formula Mx (Si, Al) 2 (N, O) 3 +/-y (where M is Li and one or more alkaline earth metal elements, 0.52 < = x < = 0.9, 0.06 < = y < = 0.36) and in which a portion of M is substituted with element Ce, the Si/Al atomic ratio being 1.5-6, the O/N atomic ratio being 0-0.1, 5-50 mol% of M being Li, and 0.5-10 mol% of M being Ce. The phosphor powder has a light absorptivity (A700) of 10% or less at a wavelength of 700 nm. 一种荧光体粉末,包含荧光体粒子,该荧光体粒子是由通式Mx(Si,Al)2(N,O)3±y(其中,M为Li和一种以上的碱土金属元素,0.52≤x≤0.9,0.06≤y≤0.36)表示且M的一部分被Ce元素取代的荧光体,Si/Al原子比为1.5~6,且O/N原子比为0~0.1,M的5~50mol%为Li,M的0.5~10mol%为Ce。该荧光体粉末在波长700nm处的光吸收率A700为10%以下。
