Summary: | The invention discloses a high-thixotropy adhesive for bonding a multilayer material of a deep sea high-pressure vessel, which comprises the following preparation raw materials: epoxy resin including 50-70 parts by mass of bisphenol A epoxy resin and 30-50 parts by mass of trifunctional epoxy resin; 50-100 parts by mass of an amine curing agent; the curing accelerator accounts for 1-3% of the mass of the epoxy resin; the filler accounts for 33-55% of the mass of the epoxy resin; the coupling agent accounts for 1-3% of the mass of the epoxy resin; and the reactive diluent accounts for 1-6% of the mass of the epoxy resin. The prepared epoxy resin-based adhesive has high toughness, high cohesiveness, high hydrophobicity and good thixotropy, and after the adhesive is applied to a multi-layer structural plate of a bathyscaph main body in an adhesive mode, the service life of the adhesive under the high pressure of 114.8 MPa (deep sea 7500 m) can reach 3 months (90 days) through experiments, and the use requirement |
