Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of carbazole derivative-metal oxide nanoparticles, which comprises the following steps: 1) mixing and stirring a carbazole derivative and a metal salt according to different proportions until the carbazole derivative and the metal salt are uniformly dispersed in a polar solvent to obtain a dispersion liquid; 2) transferring the dispersion liquid into a reaction kettle, and reacting at 150-250 DEG C for 2-20 hours; and 3) after the reaction is finished, centrifuging, cleaning and drying to obtain the carbazole derivative-metal oxide nanoparticles. The carbazole derivative-metal oxide nanoparticles are obtained by coordinating and assembling the carbazole derivative containing the antibacterial fragment and the metal oxide, and the carbazole derivative-metal oxide nanoparticles can be used for synergistically sterilizing through chemical power-photo-thermal dual effects, so that the antibacterial efficiency is greatly improved.
