| Summary: | The embodiment of the invention provides a computer-implemented method for assisting hierarchical reading and a related product. The method comprises the steps that a to-be-read electronic text is obtained, and the electronic text is configured with reading contents of different reading difficulty levels; in response to an obtained reading demand for the electronic text, screening out to-be-displayed target reading contents from the reading contents with different reading difficulty levels; and displaying the target reading content. According to the technical scheme, different reading displays of the same electronic text can be provided for users with different reading requirements, so that the hierarchical reading requirements of the users are met, and meanwhile excessive text resources are effectively prevented from being occupied.
