Summary: | The invention provides a soil humidity sensing method, system and device and a medium. Radar carried on an unmanned aerial vehicle is used for detecting soil, and radar signals used for estimating soil humidity are collected; extracting soil humidity characteristics from the collected radar signals, wherein the soil humidity characteristics comprise a soil refraction coefficient RI and a relative amplitude ratio RAR; filtering out polluted features caused by uncontrolled motion of the unmanned aerial vehicle through a distortion signal filtering algorithm; eliminating the interference on the extracted features due to the multipath propagation of the radar signal on the soil surface covering through a multipath interference elimination algorithm; inputting the features after distortion filtering and interference elimination into a trained deep neural network model, and outputting a soil humidity estimation result; and training a meta-model of the deep neural network model, and adjusting parameters to adapt to |
