Summary: | The invention discloses a method for preparing high-purity nickel salt by using a nickel-iron alloy, which comprises the following steps: adding a sulfur-containing reagent and an oxidizing agent into nickel-iron alloy powder slurry for catalytic oxygen leaching treatment to obtain ore pulp containing nickel sulfate and iron oxide; oxidizing the ore pulp, then neutralizing, precipitating and removing iron, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a nickel sulfate-containing solution and leaching residues; carrying out deep impurity removal on the nickel sulfate-containing solution, and then extracting and purifying; and carrying out evaporative crystallization on the extraction raffinate to obtain nickel sulfate.
