Summary: | The invention relates to the technical field of photocatalysis, in particular to a composite photocatalyst and a preparation method thereof. According to the simple method for depositing the Bi2Se3 nanodots on the surface of the graphite phase carbon nitride (g-C3N4) through the in-situ conversion reaction, a Bi2O3/g-C3N4 precursor is prepared in advance in the reaction, then the Bi2O3 is converted into the Bi2Se3 nanodots through the in-situ selenylation reaction, and the Bi2Se3/g-C3N4 composite photocatalyst is obtained. In an experiment of photocatalytic degradation of phenol, the performance of the Bi2Se3/g-C3N4 composite photocatalyst is obviously superior to that of a Bi2O3/g-C3N4 precursor and that of single Bi2Se3 and g-C3N4. And meanwhile, the Bi2Se3 has good stability, and when photo-reduction is carried out in an N2 environment, the Bi2Se3 shows good light corrosion resistance.
