Summary:The present disclosure describes various embodiments of systems and methods for remotely monitoring and controlling electrochromic glasses. In some embodiments, a device monitoring and control system may receive messages from a plurality of remote installation sites for an electrochromic glass unit via a communication hub. The message includes telemetry data associated with the electrochromic glass unit. The system may stream the telemetry data to a data analysis engine, which may perform an analysis function on the telemetry data. The system provides results of the analysis function to a remote destination via a data analysis interface. The system may also receive control instructions from a remote source via the control interface to control one or more of the electrochromic glass units. The system may transmit control messages to the installation site to implement the control instructions.
