Summary:The present disclosure describes various embodiments of systems and methods for remotely monitoring and controlling electrochromic glasses. In some embodiments, a device monitoring and control system may receive messages from a plurality of remote installation sites for an electrochromic glass unit via a communication hub. The message includes telemetry data associated with the electrochromic glass unit. The system may stream the telemetry data to a data analysis engine, which may perform an analysis function on the telemetry data. The system provides results of the analysis function to a remote destination via a data analysis interface. The system may also receive control instructions from a remote source via the control interface to control one or more of the electrochromic glass units.
