An embedded double-helix anti-seismic stepped fusing type high-voltage fuse comprises a ceramic outer protective cylinder, a metal upper end cover and a metal lower end cover are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the ceramic outer protective cylinder respectively, a supporting core is arranged between the metal upper end cover and the metal lower end cover, a spiral open groove is formed in the supporting core, and a fuse wire is embedded into the supporting core along the spiral open groove. The two ends of the fuse wire are connected with the metal upper end cover and the metal lower end cover respectively, and quartz sand is filled between the ceramic outer protection cylinder and the supporting core. The fuse wire is arranged in the spiral groove, so that friction between the fuse wire and quartz sand can be reduced during equipment transportation, and abrasion damage to the fuse wire in the transportation process is reduced; the double fuses are respectively arranged clockwise and anticlockw
