Summary: | The invention relates to an application of fisetin in preparation of a salmonella type III secretion system inhibitor and an anti-salmonella infection drug, and the fisetin is prepared by taking a human epidermoid cell cervical cancer cell line (HeLa) as an infection carrier; a cell injury protection test and a mouse salmonella infection treatment test prove that fisetin has a remarkable inhibition effect on salmonella infection by influencing the function of a salmonella type III secretion system. Compared with the traditional antibiotics, the traditional Chinese medicine active compound fisetin can play an anti-infection role by targeted inhibition of the function of a salmonella type III secretion system, gives smaller survival pressure to bacteria, is not easy to induce the generation of drug resistance, and has the characteristics of wide source, low cost and high cure rate.
