The invention discloses a method for detecting aconite alkaloids in a traditional Chinese medicine. The traditional Chinese medicine contains ginseng, lucid ganoderma, musk, calculus bovis, bear gall, pearl, radix aconiti carmichaeli, safflower, venenum bufonis and borneol. The detection method comprises the following steps: adding a first solvent into a traditional Chinese medicine sample, centrifuging and concentrating to obtain an extract; dissolving the extract by using an extraction solution, purifying by using a solid-phase extraction small column, and eluting by using a second solvent to obtain a test sample; wherein the first solvent is a mixed solution of ammonia water and diethyl ether; the extracting solution is a mixed solution of isopropanol and dichloromethane; the second solvent is a mixed solution of acetonitrile and ammonia water.
