The invention discloses a medical waste pyrolysis device which comprises an integrated crushing and feeding device used for crushing medical waste; the pyrolysis reactor is used for performing pyrolysis reaction on the materials from the integrated crushing and feeding device and outputting pyrolysis oil gas and pyrolysis residues; the secondary combustion chamber is used for fully combusting the pyrolysis oil gas from the pyrolysis reactor to obtain flue gas; the roller slag cooler is used for carrying out water-cooling deslagging on pyrolysis residues from the pyrolysis reactor; the steam generator is used for generating steam and conveying the steam to the integrated crushing and feeding device so as to disinfect materials in the integrated crushing and feeding device; and the flue gas purification device is used for purifying the flue gas from the secondary combustion chamber and discharging the flue gas to the atmosphere.
