Abstract | The invention relates to a bicyclic reaction method of a 1, 6-enyne compound and sulfonyl hydrazide, which comprises the following steps: mixing the 1, 6-enyne compound, sulfonyl hydrazide, a catalyst and an oxidant with water, and reacting to obtain a heteropolycyclic compound; wherein the catalyst is one or more of tetrabutylammonium iodide, iodine, N-iodosuccinimide, potassium iodide and ammonium iodide; the oxidizing agent is one or more of tert-butyl hydroperoxide, tert-butyl peroxybenzoate, dibenzoyl peroxide and di-tert-butyl peroxide. According to the method, the bicyclic reaction of 1, 6-eneyne and sulfonyl hydrazide can be realized in a water phase, the reaction condition of the method is mild, water is used as a reaction solvent, no organic solvent is needed, two new rings are constructed through one-pot reaction, and the method has the advantages of wide application range of a reaction substrate, greenness and high efficiency, and is particularly suitable for industrial production.
