Summary: | The invention discloses a miniaturized ultra-wideband phase shifter, which is based on a magnetic coupling all-pass filtering structure, and achieves the purpose of controlling phase shift by utilizing a switching network to control the sizes of a coupling inductor and a series-parallel capacitor which are connected into a circuit part. According to the phase shifter, a switch fusion type one-way structure is adopted, a reference state and a phase shifting state share a part of circuit, the circuit area can be effectively reduced while a large phase shifting angle is achieved, and meanwhile the ultra-wideband phase shifting bandwidth and high phase shifting precision are kept.
