Summary:The invention provides a laser cladding high-entropy alloy coating and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of alloy surface coating modification. The high-entropy alloy coating is composed of five metal elements of Al, Ti, V, Cr and Nb according to a certain atomic ratio, and metal powder is subjected to ball milling and powder mixing; diluting the mixed metal powder with absolute ethyl alcohol until the metal powder is thick, and uniformly adhering the metal powder to the surface of the titanium alloy to form an alloy powder prefabricated layer; and cladding the alloy powder prefabricated layer on the surface of the titanium alloy matrix through laser cladding to form the high-entropy alloy coating.
