Summary:The invention relates to a primer and a kit for detecting a specialized CAPS (cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence) marker of termitorhilum giganteum, and application of the primer and the kit, and belongs to the technical field of genetic engineering and molecular biology. Ecp6 genes are used as target sequences, specific enzyme cutting sites are designed, and a CAPS marker detection method for specialized types of termitorhilum giganteum corn and sorghum is established. The method is the first molecular detection method for the specialized forms of the helminthosporium bombycis, and the establishment of the molecular method provides powerful support for massively, rapidly and accurately identifying the specialized forms of the helminthosporium bombycis. 本发明涉及大斑凸脐蠕孢专化型CAPS标记检测引物、试剂盒及其应用,属于基因工程及分子生物学技术领域,本研究以Ecp6基因为靶序列,设计特异性的酶切位点,建立了大斑凸脐蠕孢菌玉米和高粱专化型的CAPS标记检测方法,该方法为大斑凸脐蠕孢菌专化型的首个分子检测方法,分子方法的建立将为大量、快速和准确鉴定大斑凸脐蠕孢菌的专化型提供有力支持。
