Summary:The invention discloses a light guide module and a touch display device. The light guide module comprises a cover plate, a shading layer, a light guide plate and at least one light source, the light shielding layer is disposed below the cover plate and has a width of less than about 4 mm. The light guide plate is arranged below the cover plate. The light guide plate is provided with a reflecting surface and a light-emitting surface which are opposite, and a light-in surface and three side surfaces which are connected between the reflecting surface and the light-emitting surface. The light source is configured to emit light towards the light incident surface.
