The invention relates to a powder-liquid integrated piston which is based on a medical infusion bottle, the infusion bottle is provided with a main bottle body, the upper end of the main bottle body is provided with a lifting hook, and the lower end of the main bottle body is provided with an infusion connector, a sealing convex ring and a plurality of powder medicine connectors. The piston is provided with an outer ring plug body integrally formed with the sealing convex ring, and an inner ring plug body capable of vertically sliding is arranged in an inner cavity of the outer ring plug body. A plurality of threaded apertures are formed in the inner ring plug body, and communicating assemblies are arranged above all the threaded apertures; a threaded rod is arranged in each threaded hole in a threaded fit mode. The medicine powder and liquid medicine can be conveniently mixed. The sealing performance during medicine mixing is good, and medicine leakage is avoided. The medicine powder mixing device can select
