The invention provides a temperature and humidity control system of a constant temperature and humidity chamber. The temperature and humidity control system comprises semiconductor refrigeration equipment, an air pump, a dehumidification loop, a humidification loop and a self-circulation loop. A semiconductor refrigeration device is arranged on the top of the constant-temperature and constant-humidity box, a cold end corresponding to the semiconductor refrigeration device is placed in the box body, a cold and hot air convection environment is formed in the box body when the cold end refrigerates, and a hot end of the semiconductor refrigeration device is placed outside the box body for heat dissipation and emission. The dehumidification loop, the humidification loop and the self-circulation loop are arranged on the same side edge of the constant temperature and humidity box in parallel. Gas in the constant-temperature and constant-humidity box is pumped out through the gas pump and sent back to the box after
