The invention discloses a detection method and a PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) kit for polymorphic detection of APOE (Amplified Polymerase Chain Reaction) genotyping. In the application, the primer pair group comprises one or more primer pairs selected from the following groups: a first primer pair, the first primer pair comprises a primer with a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 and a primer with a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2; and the second primer pair comprises a primer with a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 5 and a primer with a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 6.
