The invention discloses a hydraulic brake caliper with traveling braking and parking braking functions. The hydraulic brake caliper comprises a brake disc and more than one brake caliper body positioned on the outer edge of the brake disc, the brake disc coaxially sleeves a rotating shaft to be braked; each brake caliper body comprises a support, a main caliper body, a piston assembly, two friction plates and an auxiliary caliper body. The bracket is fixed on a vehicle; the main caliper body and the auxiliary caliper body are located on the two end faces of the brake disc correspondingly and fixedly connected into an integrated structure. The integrated structure is mounted on the bracket through a pin shaft; the piston assembly is installed in the main caliper body and can do telescopic motion in the axial direction of the brake disc under the control of hydraulic pressure or spring energy storage.
