The invention discloses a carbon dioxide cleaning method. The carbon dioxide cleaning method comprises the steps that a to-be-cleaned part is placed in a closed cleaning container; a phase change treatment step, wherein the carbon dioxide gas in the storage container is subjected to phase change into supercritical carbon dioxide; a cleaning step: inputting supercritical carbon dioxide into a cleaning container, soaking the to-be-cleaned part by the supercritical carbon dioxide until residual gum on the surface of the to-be-cleaned part is separated from the to-be-cleaned part, and forming a mixture of the supercritical carbon dioxide and the residual gum; and a separation step: discharging the mixture in the cleaning container to a separation container, enabling the supercritical carbon dioxide in the mixture to be changed into carbon dioxide gas, and separating out residual gum in the mixture. When the carbon dioxide cleaning method is used for cleaning the part, the residual glue adhered to the surface of t
