Summary: | The invention discloses a feature-based CT image and ultrasonic image liver registration method. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preprocessing a CT image and extracting liver organ contour features from the CT image; acquiring an ultrasonic image and extracting liver organ contour features from the ultrasonic image; carrying out rapid rough matching on the CT image and the ultrasonic image according to the area characteristics of the liver organs, and screening out a plurality of candidate CT slices; and then the candidate CT slices and the ultrasound images are registered one by one to obtain a spatial transformation matrix, the candidate CT slices are transformed to an ultrasound image coordinate system, and the CT slices accurately matched with the two-dimensional ultrasound are obtained by calculating the image similarity between the transformed candidate CT slices and the two-dimensional ultrasound.
