The invention provides a blue-black polyurethane adhesive and a preparation method thereof.The blue-black polyurethane adhesive is prepared from, by weight, 10-20 parts of organic blue-black color paste, 100 parts of polyhydric alcohol, 10-20 parts of curing agent and 50-100 parts of first organic solvent, the organic blue-black color paste is prepared by dissolving molecular-level organic dye in second organic solvent, the molecular organic dye is an azine derivative. By adopting the blue-black polyurethane adhesive, the production cost and the construction difficulty can be reduced while the original performance of the lithium ion battery aluminum plastic film is ensured, and the economic benefit is improved.
