Summary: | The invention discloses low-viscosity high-thermal-conductivity silicone grease as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The low-viscosity high-thermal-conductivity silicone grease is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1 to 10 parts of silicone oil, 2 to 4 parts of triethyltrimethoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane treating agent, 10 to 20 parts of zinc oxide, 20 to 30 parts of fine aluminum oxide and 50 to 70 parts of coarse aluminum oxide. The heat-conducting silicone grease prepared according to the formula is low in viscosity, good in construction performance, good in viscosity stability and free of cracking during high-temperature aging. The radiator can be widely applied to the fields of lamp heat dissipation, processor heat dissipation and the like.
