The invention belongs to the field of composite materials, and discloses a polyphenylene sulfide polyamide composite material as well as preparation and application thereof. The polyphenylene sulfide polyamide composite material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 35-96 parts of polyphenylene sulfide resin; 3 to 35 parts of copolymerized polyamide; 0-50 parts of glass fiber; 0-2.0 parts of a coupling agent and 0-1.0 part of a nucleating agent; 0 to 1.0 part of a lubricant; the copolymerized polyamide is copolymerized polyamide with the melting point of 50 DEG C to 200 DEG C. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the polyamide composition. Compared with the conventionally used polyamide resin such as PPA, PA66, PA6 and the like, the tensile strength, notch impact strength, CTI (comparative tracking index), bonding strength and the like of the prepared polyphenylene sulfide polyamide composite material are obviously improved.
