The method comprises the following steps: adding a triuranium octaoxide product and a uranium peroxide product into a nitric acid solution, and stirring for dissolving; the molar ratio of the triuranium octaoxide product to the uranium peroxide product is not less than 1; the concentration of the nitric acid solution is not less than 2.5 mol/L.
