The present invention relates to an automatic travel system for a work vehicle (1) having a work device (15). An automatic travel system is provided with: a work travel route setting unit that sets a plurality of parallel work travel routes (LS1, LS2) in a work target area (CA); a turning travel path setting unit that sets a turning travel path (LM) connected to the two work travel paths (LS1, LS2) in an outer peripheral region (SA) outside the work target region (CA); and a travel control unit that causes the work vehicle (1) to travel automatically along the turning travel path (LM). The turning travel path (LM) includes a turning path in which the work vehicle (1) is caused to turn.
