The invention provides a permission change method, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a permission change application which comprises an application type, an applicant, an original permission and a new permission; obtaining an auditing-free information set; judging whether the application type, the applicant and the new permission are located in an auditing-free information set or not; if at least one of the application type, the applicant and the new authority exists in the auditing-free information set, changing the original authority of the applicant into the new authority; and if the application type, the applicant and the new permission do not exist in the auditing-free information set, sending the permission change application to an auditing party, and auditing the permission change application by the auditing party.
