The invention provides a hydrogen variable-temperature impurity removal process system and a hydrogen variable-temperature impurity removal process. The hydrogen variable-temperature impurity removal process system comprises a pair of adsorption towers which are arranged in parallel, and a raw material gas path, a pure gas path, a nitrogen gas path and a desorption gas path which are communicated with the adsorption towers, wherein a raw material gas valve is arranged on the raw material gas path; a pure air valve is arranged on the pure air path; a nitrogen temperature control device and a nitrogen valve are sequentially arranged on the nitrogen path along the flowing direction of the medium; wherein the nitrogen temperature control device comprises a first valve and a heater device which are arranged in parallel; the heater device comprises a heater and a second valve which are sequentially arranged in the medium flowing direction. A desorption gas valve is arranged on the desorption gas path; according to
