The invention discloses a preparation method of a membrane electrode, which comprises the following steps: firstly, coating or spraying catalyst slurry on a substrate, and drying to form a membrane to obtain a substrate covered with a catalyst membrane; placing the substrate covered with the catalyst film in a substrate stripping agent, and separating the catalyst film from the substrate to obtain the catalyst film; then placing the catalyst membrane in water, taking another electrolyte membrane, placing the electrolyte membrane in water below the catalyst membrane, moving from bottom to top to fish up the catalyst membrane, and attaching the catalyst membrane to the electrolyte membrane under the action of surface tension of water; and finally, attaching a layer of catalyst membrane on the other side of the electrolyte membrane in a manner of fishing up below the catalyst membrane in water by adopting the same manner, so as to obtain the membrane electrode capable of being used for assembling the fuel cell.
