The invention provides a chemical defense cloud LVC simulation resource rapid scheduling system and method. The system comprises a monitoring system, a load analysis module, a preset resource group module, a scheduling module and a chemical defense cloud platform. The cloud platform comprises a virtual machine, a host machine, a guidance control system, a branch guidance control system and a branch training system; the monitoring system is used for collecting index data of a virtual machine used by a cloud platform and comprises a CPU, an RAM, a storage IO, a network throughput index, a training subject type, a simulator type and quantity information. The load analysis module is used for carrying out calculation load analysis and load increase and degradation trend analysis according to the index data acquired by the monitoring system; the preset resource group module is used for maintaining a preset resource group, including addition and deletion of virtual machines in the preset resource group, specificatio
