The invention provides a thread allocation method and device in data clearing, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that when a data liquidation instruction is received, the current processor occupancy rate and the current memory occupancy rate of a server are obtained, and the data liquidation instruction is used for indicating data liquidation processing of to-be-processed data; obtaining a total number of reference threads, and performing iterative change on the total number of the reference threads according to a change condition of the total number of the threads, the current processor occupancy rate, the current memory occupancy rate and the number of the to-be-processed data to determine a total number of target threads; and performing data clearing processing on the to-be-processed data according to the total number of the target threads. The method provided by the invention can solve the problem of how to reasonably allocate threads so as to improve the resource u
