Summary: | The invention discloses an SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) marker combination, a primer combination and a molecular identity card for sweet osmanthus variety identification, and relates to the technical field of molecular markers. According to the invention, 14 SNP markers are screened based on high-throughput re-sequencing data in combination with methods such as bioinformatics and the like. The set of marker primer combination is used for KASP typing, and 89 parts of osmanthus fragrans varieties covering four variety groups can be completely distinguished. The application of the set of labeled primer combination to establishment of the osmanthus fragrans SNP molecular identity card can effectively improve the detection efficiency of the purity and authenticity of the osmanthus fragrans variety.
