Summary: | The invention belongs to the field of biomass ethanol preparation, and particularly discloses a method for producing high-concentration bioethanol by using reeds, which is characterized in that the enzyme digestion rate can reach 97.13% through LHW-NH3.H2O/O2 pretreatment under the condition of low enzyme load (9FPU/g-PSs) and PEG 6000 additives. After the PS biosurfactant is added into the batch S-SSF, under the combination of PEG 6000 and rhamnolipid, the concentration of the bioethanol reaches 71.50 g/L, and the yield of the bioethanol is 78.40%. According to the LHW-NH3.H2O/O2 pretreatment method, three main components of the reed can be effectively separated, and high-value utilization is realized. Therefore, the method is a low-cost, green and efficient method for producing fermentable sugars, hemicelluloses and modified lignin.
