Abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of cordyceps militaris-dictyophora indusiata mycoplasm, and belongs to the field of microbial fermentation. Comprising the following steps: (1) inoculating a cordyceps militaris slant strain into a liquid culture medium in a sterile state, and culturing to obtain a cordyceps militaris bacterial liquid; and (2) preparing a suspension from dictyophora indusiata and a carbon source, inoculating the cordyceps sinensis bacterial liquid into the suspension, and carrying out bidirectional fermentation culture to obtain the cordyceps sinensis-dictyophora indusiata mycoplasm.
