Summary:The invention discloses a preparation method of a 3, 4-dinitrofurazan furoxan oxide spheroidized crystal, and relates to the technical field of energetic crystal materials. The method comprises the following steps: 1) fully dissolving 3, 4-dinitrofurazanyl furazan, a crystallization solvent and a crystallization additive; 2) reducing the temperature while stirring to form a supersaturated solution, and keeping the temperature for a period of time when a crystal nucleus appears; (3) continuously reducing the temperature while stirring until the temperature is reduced to room temperature; and 4) filtering, washing and drying to obtain the product. The DNTF crystal obtained by the method is extremely high in spheroidization degree, regular in crystal form, smooth in surface, few in internal transparent defect and good in free-running property. The method is simple in process, easy to control, low in cost, safe, reliable and suitable for industrial batch production, crystallization mother liquor can be recycled,
