Summary: | The invention relates to the field of heterogeneous catalysis organic synthesis, and discloses an application of a Cu/ETS-10 catalyst in catalytic synthesis of 3-methylene isoindoline-1-ketone and a derivative thereof. The Cu/ETS-10 catalyst is prepared by adopting an equivalent-volume impregnation method, and the method comprises the following specific steps: sequentially adding 2-iodobenzamide, phenylacetylene and a zeolite catalyst into a reaction tube, adding a reaction solvent dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) under N2 atmosphere, putting into a heater at 100-120 DEG C, reacting for 2-12 hours, after the reaction is finished, centrifuging, filtering, collecting supernate, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain the Cu/ETS-10 catalyst. And performing column chromatography separation and purification on the crude product to obtain the 3-methylene isoindoline-1-ketone, wherein the yield can reach 98%.
