The invention relates to the technical field of clamping devices, in particular to an intelligent three-dimensional laser marking rapid positioning mechanism which comprises a base, a clamping mechanism, a driving motor, an elastic rubber sheet, a bearing mechanism and a purifying mechanism, the elastic rubber sheet is used for generating negative pressure to reinforce clamping of a workpiece, and a fixing ring is fixedly connected to the outer side of the elastic rubber sheet; the outer wall of the fixing ring is fixedly connected with a plurality of evenly-distributed reinforcing pieces, the mounting disc is fixedly connected with an inner fixing ring for containing the reinforcing pieces, and the reinforcing pieces can elastically contract along the inner fixing ring. By means of the three rails, rapid clamping of pipe fittings, column pieces and spherical workpieces of different sizes can be met at the same time, by means of cooperation of the two traction ropes and the elastic rubber sheets, negative pre
