The flotation device structurally comprises a conventional fraction flotation machine, an ore separation middle box, a coarse fraction flotation machine and a fine fraction flotation machine, the interior of the ore separation middle box is divided into two isolated cavities, one cavity is used for recycling fine fraction minerals which are not recycled by the conventional fraction flotation machine, and the other cavity is used for recycling coarse fraction minerals which are not recycled by the fine fraction flotation machine. The fine-fraction minerals are fed into a fine-fraction flotation machine; and the other cavity is used for recycling coarse-fraction minerals which are not recycled by the conventional-fraction flotation machine and feeding the coarse-fraction minerals into the coarse-fraction flotation machine.
