Summary: | The invention provides an anode mud pyrometallurgy flue gas odor removal device and method. Acid mist and part of organic volatile matters are removed through alkali washing, then diethylbenzene, methylbenzene and part of methyl mercaptan are removed through UV catalytic oxidation, and then part of methyl mercaptan is further subjected to catalytic oxidation through activated carbon to be adsorbed and removed; and finally, the rest organic volatile gas is metabolized and decomposed through the microbial trickling filter and is finally converted into harmless substances, and the gas is colorless and odorless and is discharged after reaching the standard. By adopting the method, the foul smell gas in the existing anode mud pyrometallurgy flue gas can be stably treated in a standard reaching manner, the technological process is simple, the equipment structure is simple, the operation cost is low, and the surrounding atmospheric environment is remarkably improved.
